His research focuses on hydrocarbon accumulation mechanisms, resource assessment, and unconventional petroleum geology. Honored as a Distinguished Scholar of China University of Petroleum and appointed to the university’s Graduate Education Supervision Panel, he is an awardee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region’s "Tianshan Talent Program" and a High-Level Geological Talent designated by the China Geological Survey.
